By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a seamless, secure, and respectful experience for all guests. These terms apply to all bookings, transfers, weekend packages, and concierge services provided by Barafu Luxe.
Booking & Confirmation
- All services are by appointment only and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- Confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp once payment is received or verified.
- Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability but are not guaranteed.
Booking & Confirmation
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
- We accept major credit cards, mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money), and bank transfers.
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior are non-refundable.
- No-shows or late arrivals beyond 30 minutes without notice may result in forfeiture of service.
Privacy & Discretion
- Barafu Luxe guarantees confidentiality and discretion for all clients.
- Personal information shared during booking is used solely for service delivery and will never be disclosed to third parties.
- Our chauffeurs and staff are trained to maintain a respectful, non-intrusive presence at all times.
Service Limitations
- Barafu Luxe reserves the right to refuse service to any guest displaying inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
- We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or third-party disruptions.
- Vehicle substitutions may occur in rare cases due to maintenance or operational needs, but will always meet our luxury standards.
Luggage & Personal Items
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during transfers.
- Barafu Luxe is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items unless negligence is proven.
- Excess luggage or special equipment must be declared during booking to ensure proper vehicle allocation.
Weekend Packages & Custom Itineraries
- All packages are subject to availability and seasonal pricing.
- Custom itineraries must be finalized at least 7 days in advance.
- Changes to itineraries after confirmation may incur additional fees.
Legal Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
- Any disputes arising from service use shall be resolved through arbitration or in Tanzanian courts.
